Paige Gilstrap
Hi, my name is Paige Gilstrap, and I am so excited to be part of Mountainview this year! I grew up right here in Waco, Texas. I went to college at The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina. This will be my second year teaching first grade, and I can’t wait for another amazing school year!
When I’m not at school, I love playing golf, traveling, and finding the best coffee shops around. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my sweet puppy, Charli!
My why: I love teaching because I believe every child has unique gifts and potential, and it brings me so much joy to help students grow, discover new things, and build confidence in themselves. Seeing those “lightbulb moments” and watching students succeed is the best part of my job!
