Julia Tonkin

I grew up in Waco and graduated from Baylor University. I am so excited to begin my 6th year in education and my 1st at Mountainview! I have been married for 21 years and have 3 children. We love to travel and try new things (last year we went skydiving to celebrate our 20th anniversary). I also love to read, go to the movies, and cheer my kids on at their various activities!

My why: Seeing a child’s eyes light up as they learn is priceless! Every child deserves teachers who believe in them, challenge them, and guide them as they pursue their biggest dreams. I love being able to guide, support, and celebrate learners as they realize their potential and achieve their goals!
